A Management Survey report will be the sent to duty holder.

It’s the duty holder’s responsibility to manage the asbestos on site, and share the location of any asbestos-containing materials to anyone likely to disturb these materials during normal activity or works.

A Demolition Survey is required.

Duty holder to provide Principal Designer, Principal Contractor and Project Manager with the survey report so they can ensure any works that involve disturbing the asbestos is undertaken by a competent contractor/professional.

A Refurbishment Survey is needed for the areas/rooms  affected by the proposed refurbishment or intrusive works.
