Closed circuit (or closed loop) water systems are a convenient way of heating or cooling building services applications. They are also useful for various industrial and commercial processes. We help you to keep closed circuit systems safe with regular water analysis and can treat compromised systems by flushing, cleaning and dosing them.

Regularly testing your closed heating or cooling system for microbiological and chemistry levels ensures your system is under control and implement a preventative task to reduce the risk of a system failure.
We undertake sampling to identify water conditions that could cause corrosion, the build-up of scale and unwanted bacterial growth before they become problematic
Compromised heating and cooling closed pipework systems, either through Microbiological growth or poor water chemistry, can cause a range of problems from blockages, pinholing (leaks) and poor water circulation and equipment failures in pumps and valves. It can also lead to inefficient running, increased energy consumption and increased running costs, including higher maintenance costs and expensive remedial work.
Flushing, cleaning and dosing the system can help to ensure that the system is kept under control and operates as it should. We offer these services all focused on maintaining the performance by minimising the risk and damage from corrosion, microbiological activity, solids and scale.
