Legionella risk assessment

The first essential step to reduce risk at your premises is a fully independent risk assessment. This in-depth review is carried out by our highly trained and experienced assessors in accordance with the BS8580 2010 BS8580-1 2019 Water Quality Risk Assessments for Legionella Control – Code of Practice.

Management plan

At the next stage, we formulate a Management Plan around the identified risks and actions. This is meticulously drafted by our assessor to address the risks and the resources required to negate them, the associated remedial works and the on-going monitoring and control plan.

Water Sampling and Analysis

Environtec offers Legionella sampling in accordance with BS7592:2008, Code of Practice – Sampling for Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems. All samples are tested at a leading UKAS accredited laboratory, which also offers a wide range of other water sampling options to suit your requirements.
