The Inn Collection Group is a growing ‘pubs with rooms’ business in the North East of England. It has recently secured multimillion-pound funding from its owners to add more properties to its portfolio.

Environtec has been undertaking asbestos refurbishment and demolition surveys for the new inns added to the company’s portfolio. Properties we have worked on include The Park Hotel in Whitley Bay, The Black Swan in Hemsley, The Swan and The Churchill Inn (both in Ambleside) and the former Northallerton Police Station.
