Qualifications:
- Minimum of BOHS P402 (Asbestos Surveying) and/or BOHS P403 & P404 (Air Monitoring & Clearance Procedures) – essential.
- Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and industry best practice.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Experience working with TEAMS or similar project management systems desirable.
- SSSTS and CDM training (or willingness to undertake company-provided training).
- Full UK Driving Licence
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of allocated contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage the scheduling of survey appointments and ensure surveyor productivity targets are achieved.
- Liaise with clients, attend regular meetings, and ensure customer satisfaction and contract performance.
- Oversee asbestos removal projects, including preparing specifications, managing tenders, and supporting analytical teams.
- Maintain all relevant contract documentation, KPI data, and progress reports.
- Work with Accounts to ensure accurate and timely invoicing in line with contractual requirements.
- Support the Regional Operations Manager and Directors with operational and strategic needs.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and assist with business growth initiatives.
