Chemring Contermeasures is the world leader in protecting air and naval forces from the threats posed by heat-seeking and radar-controlled missiles, with over 50 years’ experience at the forefront of Radio Frequency (RF) and Infrared (IR) expendable decoy research, design and manufacturing.
Environtec deliver site specific water monitoring and maintenance services in accordance with the requirements of ACoP L8 & HSG274 Part 2, to minimise and control the risk of Legionella for the domestic hot and cold water systems. Work for Chemring has also included installation and commissioning of bespoke chemical dosing equipment for steam generators, chemical analysis and dosing of closed loop plant with inhibitor to achieve optimum system protection and efficiency.

Due to the manufacturing processes on site, Chemring have implemented the highest standards of Health & Safety measures to protect employees, product users and members of the public. Working in conjunction with Chemring staff Environtec have assisted in producing a new site specific written scheme to ensure that the most stringent level of compliance is achieved.
