Environtec Ltd is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Due to continued business growth in 2010, Environtec Ltd has established an office in the North East of England adding to the existing offices and laboratories in Essex, Nottinghamshire, West Yorkshire, Wales and Scotland.

Establishing a presence in the North East was a strategic response to the growing needs of existing customers and the identification of new prospects. The location of the office ensures excellent lines of communication with Tyne, Tees and Wear areas with excellent communication lines via the A19 and the A1.

The office will be managed and staffed by qualified consultants with experience of delivering tailored asbestos risk management consultancy services and therefore ensuring that customers are assured that the high level of service delivery provided by other offices will be maintained.

The asbestos consultancy services will be delivered under the auspices of the company’s UKAS accreditation for Inspection and Testing, and hence in accordance with ISO/EIC 17020:2004 and ISO/EIC 17025:2005.

“With the strategic partnership with North East Procurement and their members, coupled with the needs of our national customers, it was an obvious choice to open an office in the north east.  We are very much looking forward to establishing ourselves in the area and making a positive impact in the region.” John Meates, Managing Director.
