This course is designed for all employees and provides delegates the basic understanding of fire safety in the workplace.

  • Methods of extinguishing fires
  • Types of extinguishers and alarms
  • Chemistry of fires
  • Theoretical application of fire extinguishers


Assessment

Delegates are observed throughout the course by the trainer demonstrating practical skills and answering oral questions.

 

Qualification and Certificates

On successfully completing the course all delegates will receive an attendance certificate which is valid for three years.
