In our experience, it is no longer good enough to just deliver services in an effective and professional manner – it is now crucial to offer customers service excellence.

 

We have developed the following services to add value to our customer relationship:


Helpdesk Facility

We operate a telephone Helpdesk facility which is manned by staff 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  This ensures that our customers are able to request support any time of the day or night, anywhere in the UK – this can be in terms of advice and guidance or for an emergency response if required.  This facility is offered to all our clients free of charge.


Mobile Fleet of Laboratories

Our asbestos analytical services are delivered from a national fleet of mobile laboratories.  This ensures that our analysts are able to run a myriad of air tests and use the microscopes in their vehicles to read the slides and to deliver results to the customers on site.  This facility ensures that customers do not have to wait for results and that properties can be re-occupied sooner rather than later following asbestos remediation.


Vehicle Tracking

All company vehicles are fitted with a tracker system that enables specific resources to be applied geographically as and when required.  This is of particular benefit to our customers when there is a need to respond to an urgent request or an emergency.  The tracker software is web enabled so that our office managers are able to locate the nearest consultant, who can then be diverted to the relevant customer location.


IT Solutions

We understand how important it is for our customers to receive information from site surveys and assessments in an electronic format that allows for the efficient transfer into their own database system. We employ a dedicated pool of database administrators whose responsibility it is to transfer data into these systems.  This benefits our customers in ensuring that assets can be managed more effectively and that resources can be applied intelligently.


Criminal Records Bureau Checks

All our technical members of staff are required to be checked via the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) prior to being allowed to work at certain properties, particularly schools.  We are also in the process of upgrading the basic assessment to an enhanced check.  All senior members of staff have received enhanced CRB checks.
